Emilia Decor designed a multi-use room for us and I could not have been happier with the outcome! The room is part office, part tv room and her design is both beautiful and functional. Most of all, she was great to work with. It was easy to schedule, she worked with my schedule, and took care of the whole process from beginning to finish.

The design Emmy made for our family/dining room feel so completely me that it really feels like what I would have designed myself... if I had the capacity for reimagining new spaces, the understanding of balance and design, and tactical knowledge for implementing designs and the right vendors to go to, that Emmy has. Sad for me, none of these are my strong suit. But not as sad now that we worked with Emmy and made a super beautiful space that my whole family and I love spending time in! Emmy listened really well to what we were looking for, and she provided great options for a range of approaches, budget wise (e.g., some options that included small contracting projects, or lower-cost options that focused more on furniture swapping, beautiful finishes, rearranging the layout, etc.). She also encouraged the bold wallpaper and bright colors I loved, balancing them with cohesive elements that tie everything together. She's also really enjoyable to work with - very professional and communicative... but we also laughed a lot! I hope to get another opportunity work with Emmy and I recommend her to anyone else considering doing a project with her!

Emmy is fantastic! She is very responsive, really takes time to know the space. I was remodeling a basement and needed some sparks of inspiration, she was great at giving suggestions. Emmy was able to take my screenshot ideas and blend them into a cohesive plan. Her suggested furnishings were great, she has lots of contacts in Portland and found me the perfect custom couch. I would absolutely recommend her design services.
